We found this hotel had a great location, only minutes walk to San Marco Square and not far from two water bus stops, with an easy walk to Rialto Bridge. The hotel was a good price for Venice and the mini fridge and coffee machine in the room was lovely. The service staff and maids were very friendly.
The hotel itself wasn't particularly easy to find, as the rooms are down a very small alley off a main route. Additionally, the place in which you check in and out is a different hotel in a different location entirely. The room did get noisy as the windows themselves are on the main walking route, and the windows and walls have no sound proofing. No big deal but we did find ear plugs came in handy. Upon check out there was a problem with the payment, as our card hadn't yet been charged. This was fine and sorted on the spot, however we found the reception staff extremely unfriendly with this matter and quite rude.

The location of the hotel, very central and close to the main atractions like "Piazza de San Marcos" , "Basilica de San Marcos", "Doge's Palace",...I Consider the hotel a good deal (I've bought the nights with a special discount) so it was an excellent value for the money. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so for some couples that may be a problem. The hotel is clean and comfortable.
Its not a big problem, but you should inform that the check-in its done in the hotel torino, its close to the Ca Perdrocchi (40 meters), but we do have the right to know before purchase.

Communication with the hosts was excellent, they were always very helpful. I especially liked that they provided coffee and water, which helped to compensate for the lack of breakfast. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, close to everything and very convenient to get to from the airport.
There were a few issues with our room that detracted from our overall experience. the door to our room was left ajar by the cleaner, which was concerning.

Everyone was very helpful, even before checking in. They thought about every detail in the room which was very comfortable and clean. And the location was really perfect, very close to San Marco. We bought with a generouse promotion so it was budget-friendly.
